By combining Designer, Project Manager and Builder into one multi skilled person efficiencies are gained that substantially reduce time and cost and effort.

This strategy results in a more authentic realisation of the brief, as far fewer people are involved in the chain of communication.

Decisions can be made instantaneously without cost and time constraints spent seeking authorization between builder, project manager and designer

I would meet you and develop a brief, then develop sketch drawings to assist in choosing the correct property, Once a property has been selected,  schematic drawings would be honed and tender  documents would be created. After a tender process, budgets and time lines would be provided and approvals and permits granted.

On awarding sub tender contracts by Michael Greaves & Associates  Building would commence and be handed over to you some six to eight weeks later depending on the scope of the project. Removalists and labour would be provided to help you settle in.

After a tender process, budgets and time lines would be provided and approvals and permits granted.

On awarding sub tender contracts by us, Building would commence and be handed over to you some six to eight weeks later depending on the scope of the project. Removalists and labour would be provided to help you settle in.
